It is fascinating to watch Google’s brain think when it comes to how it returns search results based on what you have typed into a page. To think everything “Digital” is just a series of 0 and 1 digits flying through servers at the speed of light (that is 670 million mph!). Although your broadband and some servers will slow that down to a snail’s pace, especially when you are uploading or streaming!
Search results analysed is a post that started its life HERE where a WordPress post was created called “Best WordPress backup plugins 2016”. As a live search engine test the title was changed to “Great 2016 WordPress backup plugins”. Why? Because we want to demonstrate how Google’s search brain handles such changes and because the original title was one which was competing with hundreds of other websites to get to the top of the first page of search results. The newest title used semantic wording to alter the original one but no so much that people would not search for it and find it. This whole analysis is now keenly watching what happens each day to these two posts:

Some quick additional information. Note how Google ranks the search result if you were to also add your brand name to the search results. In this example, see what happened when the name ‘Cn’ was added > to this phrase > and this one! Fascinating, how for the latter one, adding ‘Cn’ still had no effect. We will discover why over the next few days…
